We’re thrilled to welcome Angela Gonzales! She will be teaching Gymnastics for kids and adults to our Capoeira students once a month—get ready for some fun and exciting new skills!

Kids Capoeira Age 6-11

Kids Capoeira at Roda Movements
A fun and active way for kids to build coordination, confidence, and teamwork! Through kicks, defenses, acrobatics, music, and songs, children learn the exciting art of Capoeira while developing important motor skills.

Classes are offered three times per week, and after about a year (or earning their first cord), students can move up to our Intermediate Capoeira class.

- Saturdays 11:00 am -12:00 pm - Kids Capoeira All Levels

Kids Capoeira All Levels – Thu 5:30–6:30 PM & Saturdays 11am-12pm

Designed for children all skill levels ages 6-11. Children can expect basic movements such as, Including beginner and intermediate levels, that means that kids that are taking beginner classes also can take this class:

- kicks and spins

- Develop coordination, balance and flexibility

- Exploring Brazilian culture and music such a drumming and singing.
