Kids Capoeira
Mon 6:00-7:00 pm
Thu 5:30-6:30 pm,
Sat 10-11am - Beginner
Sat 11am -12pm - Intermediate
Kids capoeira focus on developing motor skills and cooperation with peers through learning the basic movements of Capoeira such as kicks, defenses and acrobatic movements along with songs and musical instruments. After about a year and/or having obtained the first cord the child is eligible to enter the level intermediate.
Adult Capoeira
Mon 6-7pm, Thu 6:30-7:45pm, Sat 12:00-1:15pm
Classes are designed to give students a global and complete notion of Capoeira, that includes, the martial art aspect, the acrobatic aspect and the musical aspect. This philosophy of Capoeira encourages us to motivate one another to be better Capoeiristas. Join our Capoeira community!
